One situation that stood out was when I needed to arrange a taxi through email. Although the hotel initially hesitated in helping me, they quickly resolved the issue once my Japanese friend communicated with them.

Located in a serene location, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Ski in ski out, with access to skiing, sledding, and tubing activities right from the hotel's front door. Buffet breakfast and dinner had many options to cater to different tastes.
Rooms had single glazed windows, and during winter, they collect a lot of moisture leading to intense condensation, making the rooms humid. Rooms require better ventilation and insulation to fix this issue.
